Bengin tumours of skin

Homoeopathic management of fibromas , dermatofibromas cutaneous , tags Lipoma, and all other bengin growths cone under the sycotic miasm. Abundant use of anti Sycotic and intercurent remedies like Thuja, Sycotic-co , Graphites,Calc flr Calc Carb, Lapis albus , Silicea,Epihysterinum , Aurum Mur Nat , Carcinosinum , Vaccinum have been very useful to me for the same..
Remembering the fact that the choice of selection was purely on symptoms similarity and not using them empirically, the above diseases some times are difficult to treat with Homoeopathy and I had my fair if failures as diseases like skin tags , dermatofibroma etc, may sometimes take years to improve. Also, patients who suffer from skin tags should always be investigated for diabetes as within ten years of developing the skin tags, half of them become diabetic.
Majority of Homoeopaths give some local application to which I strongly disagree. Here too , like any other Sycotic disease, the remedy has to be repeated frequently. It is safe to start on a LM scale, then gradually going higher till you reach the highest potency. Around 40/50 percentage of cases of cutaneous skin tags come under my failures.
Paradoxically, fibromas respond very well to Homoeopathy where  as the success rate is as high as 80 percent.
As far as Lipoma is concerned, my results have not been too satisfactory in my 46 years practice
Of Homoeopathy.Multiple lipomas all  over the body should never be accepted for homoeopathic treatment, as you cannot resolve all the lipomas. Also don't give a false guarantee that after homoeopathic treatment, one may not develop new lipomas. I have seen so many homoeopaths who encourage this ,, but ultimately they spoil the name of the science.Lipomas should not be considered 100 percent Benign always, ad sarcomatous changes in benign lipoma are known, especially if located in the region of the thighs .
Two rare medicines found most useful in lipoma are Bacillus No 10 , a bowel nosode and Urinum acidum
