Femur.
The femur is the longest bone in the body. It articulates with the acetabulum in the formation of the hip joint, and form here bone inclines medially to the knees, where it articulates with the tibia. It is a long bone with a shaft and two extremities.
The upper extremity presents a head which forms two thirds of a sphere, at the summit of this is an avoid depression, a roughened pit, for the attachment of the ligamentum teres.. Below the head is the neck, which is long and flattened. Where the neck joins the shaft the greater trochanter lies to the outer side, and the lesser trochanter to the back and inner side. At the base of the neck of the bone, two lines unite the greater and lesser trochanters, the intertronchanteric line in front and the interchanteric crest at the back. The latter is marked by a tubercle of bone, the quadrate tubercle half way along its length.
If femur of head is necrosis the same remedies I have mentioned can be given.
Start with 200 potencies, and two doses of a single remedy must be given gap of four hrs. In a day, and one dose on the next day to avoid aggravation and Anaphylaxis shock. And go on higher potency after some time. If you are using 200 or higher potencies use two doses gap of four hrs and one dose of same potency next day.
When I started practice in 1970 after two yrs of my practice I lost my two patients in Anaphylaxis shock. I could not save them.
I gone through Organon of Dr.Hahnemann 5th edition and philosophy of Dr. J. T.Kent and this method to avoid aggravation and Anaphylaxis shock.
