Nit acid is best remedy for fistula .it should be used in 200 dilution every week.
In the beginning when the abscess has just appeared and is throbbing with headache.Bell 3x or Merc Sol 6x
Calc flour 12x and Sulphur are to be given inveterate cases.
Try also Aesc.6 Causticum 6 China 30 and Rat6 according to symptoms.
When there is ulceration of rectum with discharge of blood.
