Abdominal Enlargement
Sulphur 30  once daily for 4/ 5 weeks to be followed by a similar dose of Calc Carb, if accompanied by diarrhoea and general debility, then Ars Alb 30 six pellets dissolved in half a tumbler of water and teaspoonful morning and evening. After this give Nux vom 30 .
Anus red rashes Fiery red rash developing about the Anu in babies, fiery old constipation with hard stool Medorrhinum200.
Apoplectic condition
Body swollen with blackish colour, this is caused by long and painful labour. It is not to be confused with Asphyxia, in apoplectic condition , the surface of the body seems swollen, the face and the whole body are of violet or rather blackish blue colour, the muscles do not move Aconite 30 if No improvement With 10/12 minutes give Tartar emetic , but if body is viloet colour then use Opium.
Apthae or thrush 
A disease recognised by small white ulcers on the gums, lips and in the mucous membrane of the mouth. The best remedy is Sulphuric acid. If this fails Merc  or Sulph or Borax
Boils Crops of boils on head growing of each other's dischares Arnica 6 or Sulphur 30 . Sores behind the ears with thin discharge Graphites 6
Bread swelling
If Due to improper pressure Arnica 30 otherwise Cham.30
Bronchitis With fever Aconite and Ipc.
Child's Adenoid in most cases Tuber alone is sufficient.
Children craving for sugar or sweet in excess Merc .viv 6 C or Nat Phos 3x daily it will diminish such craving.
Child gasping through chord child at birth pale , breathless gasping though the chord still pulsates ,Anti tart .
Child not crying when born Give Laucrocerasus 6 and it works wonderfully.
Children vomiting habit. Iris vers 6 x twice daily.
Cleft lip This has to be repaired surgically but to prevent for the deliveries of such a child with such a defect the mother should take Calc sul 12x from 3rd month until the 7 th month.
Colic with flatulence and diarrhoea can easily be recognised by crying , twisting of the child, drawing of the legs and emissions of flatulence Cham is a specific remedy if there is greenish and watery diarrhoea constant crying distention of the abdomen and cold feet, China may be given if the colic occurs towards evening with hardness of abdomen, absence of stool or without stool or stool resembling stirred eggs, Pul, for flatulence, rumbling frequent shuddering, pale face and no thirst, Ipc for fermented diarrhoea, having a foul smell and the child utterly Violent and piercing cries for, frightful colicy children Nepeta cataria which is a children remedy is very useful.
Constipation of bottle fed babies Bryonia 30 or Nux vom 30 or Opium 30 . Changing the medicine only when no improvement takes place after second dose. For chronic constipation give Sulphur or Alumina. If baby has no evacuation give mother Bryonia or Nux vom or Ant crud or Opium according to symptoms.
Cough with loss of voice Suffocative breathing short and dry cough with loss if voice Hep should be given followed either by Hyso or Samb , Hep in the morning and Aconite St night.Dr. Saunder recommends Calc Phos 12x and Kali Sulph 12x alternate every hr. Breathing is rattling Spongia.
Crying baby not sleeping. Baby not sleeping day and night but cries, frets restless and plays all day, but screaming all night Psorinum.
Deafness with enlarged adenoids Deafness caused by eustachian catarrh in children enlarged adenoids Agraphis nutans 3 C
Deformities In all deformities of infant a few doses Sulphur 30 and Calc 30 may be given in alternation at fortnightly intervals. If the deformities of the bone then Silecea 200 may be given monthly.

Dentition If there is fever and cold during dentition then give Ferm Phos 12 x
Diarrhoea due to various causes.
Ipec 30 dissolved in half a cup of water give teaspoonful of this every 4 hrs. If this fails give Rhubarb if the evacuation and the child's whole body smells sour , if the child cries a good deal, draw's up legs with distention of bowels and frequent emissions of the flatulence then give Cham , Ant crud, if the tounge is coated white or yellow, Dulc, if the diarrhoea arises from cold or from exposure to cold air Bryonia if caused by summer heat greenish diarrhoea with frequent watery stools high fever restlessness and sleeplessness Cuphea , Bell . If the child sleeps a good deal but the sleep is restless with pale face, Sulphur, Calc or Nux vom in obstinate cases when nothing else will help, when there is fever with diarrhea then Aconite when caused by overloading of stomach with nausea and vomiting then Ipec , when due to fright then Opium and when with mucous stools with blood, then Merc C 6 chronic diarrhoea with vomiting Thyrodinum.
