If vesicular Merc. 30 if dry blebs, Lycopodium 30 ,Rhux ven 6/30 ( The use of Rhu ven, may caused temporary fever and aggravation of the skin troubles, Followed by its cure, if the medicine is stopped. If necessary use Rhu ven 200 only a single dose.) Try also Alumina 6/30 olender 6 croton 6 Anti crud 30 .in chronic cases Graphites 30 /200 Petroleum 30  Mer cor 30 Ars 30 Hapar sul 6.30  locally apply olive oil.
Intertrigo. It is redness of the skin commonly found in the folds of skin, in axilla, groins, neck etc.in fleshy children caused by constant friction of the parts, there may be exfoliation causing the parts sore.it may be pass on to eczema. Chamomilla, 6/30 is a valuable medicine, if the eczema is weeping with blood and is painful Merc sol 6/30 ,if attacks are repeated Lycopodium 30 .
Sore mouth and face. 1 Pustullar eruptions may form on the face, these soon blacken and burst, forming yellow scab, give Viola tricolor 6 if this fails give Rhux tox 30 ,some times Rhux tox aggravated the inflammation, when stop it. (2) for vesicles or sores inside mouth Borax 6/30 and if vesicles on lips and inside mouth tip of tounge is coated and its middle streaked, foul odour in mouth, restlessness, greenish liquid motions, Apis 30/200 .sore inside mouth at the teething time, meeting of head and face  stool contains undigested food particles, feet cold, Calc Carb 30 .gum,sore bleeding fotied odour in breath liquid motions containing mucus Merc sol 6/30
Pimples over the mouth and foeited smell comes out, acrid salviry flow, Acid Nit 30 pimples around anus, sleepeness, Sulphur 30 if constipation is present Lycopodium 30 .sore inside the mouth are gangrenous and black secale 30   to be contd.
