Fibroids are abnormal growth which develop in or on a woman's uterus. If ignored, they can become very large and cause severe pain and heavy bleeding, impacting quality of life and disturbing daily activities.

There are three types depending upon location,
Subserosal  Grows on the outer side of the uterus. They may Have grow large enough to make uterus appear bigger on one side..
Intramural  Grows inside the mucle layer of the uterus and responsible for causing severe cramping pain during menses.
Submucosal Grows towards the inner cavity of the uterus from the middle muscle layer. When large in size, they cause excessive bleeding leading to weakness.
