Gynecological cancer

Gynecological cancers.
The common Gynecological cancers are cervical, ovarian, endometrial (uterine body) and cancer of the fallopian tube (occasionally) excluding carcinoma of the female breast. Gynecological cancers have increased in India and by 2025 may constitute about 34%"of the total cancers among women.
Common symptoms.
Irregular periods.
Bleeding after sex.
Bleeding after menopause
Persistent white /watery /yellow or honey color foul discharges.
Having any of these symptoms doesn't mean it is cancer, but one or more of them is noticed for little long time must be seen a DR and immediately health screening is a must.
The cervix (. Mouth of the uterus) can be examined by the pap smear test it is a simple test performed by the Gynecologist to detect early cancer changes in the cervix.
Women with suspecious changes are referred colposcopy (visualization of the cervix under magnification) to help identify and biopsy the exact site for possible pre cancer changes. Identification and treatment at this stage will help prevent cervical cancer that may develop 10 to 20 years later. (the human papiloma virus vaccine plays a major role in the reduction of cases of cervical y). A family history, ultrasound scan, and tumour markers will help, identify women at risk. Endometrial cancer usually announces itself early by abnormal bleeding in stage 1, screening is advisable in high risk group (with known genetic mutations family history of cancer) and should be offered a tranvaginal ultrasound every six months this will recognize an increase in the endometrial thickness even in women without symptoms. Biopsy can then be performed to confirm the diagnosis  regular health checkups are best defense against these types of cancers.

  1. I was diagnosed as HEPATITIS B carrier in 2013 with fibrosis of the
liver already present. I started on antiviral medications which
reduced the viral load initially. After a couple of years the virus
became resistant. I started on HEPATITIS B Herbal treatment from
ULTIMATE LIFE CLINIC (www.ultimatelifeclinic.com) in March, 2020. Their
treatment totally reversed the virus. I did another blood test after
the 6 months long treatment and tested negative to the virus. Amazing
treatment! This treatment is a breakthrough for all HBV carriers.
