Erythema
Redness of the skin due to dilatation of blood it is common early sign of most cutaneous disease but may be difficult to make out in dark people.
Elephantisis
Clinical term signifying elephant like swelling Due to extreme lymphedma and fibrous hypertrophy of a part of the body. Common causes are Filariasis, Streptococcal Lymphangitis and congenital Lymphedema. The parts commonly affected are feet, legs and the genitals..
Erythroderma
Generalised redness and infiltration of the integument as is evident in Pityriasis rubra pilairs generalized dermatitis due to drugs and reticuloses.
Erythemato Squamous
Combination of erthyma and scaling for example, Psoriasis, tinea, syphllis, Lichen Planus, Pityriasis rosea and exfoliative dermatitis.
Vegetation.
They are cauliflower like growths in moist areas like Anogenital region, groins, and Axillae. The common causes are condylomata Lata,
And pyoderma vegetans.
Zosteriform.
Grouped lesions along the course of a nerve usually unilaterally. Common example is herpes zoster. But zoster form grouping may also be seen in naevi and vitiligo. Further zoster form grouping should be distinguished from linear retiforn, herptiform and corynibiform grouping.
