Symptoms of oral cancer.
Sore in the mouth that doesn't heal.
Constant pain in the mouth
A lump or thickening in the check.
A white grey or red patch on the gums tounge, tonsil or lining of the mouth
Difficulty in moving the jaw or tounge.
Numbness of the tounge or the areas of the mouth.
Swelling of jaw and constant bad breath
Pain around teeth or jaw
Hoarseness of voice and weight loss
A lump of mass in the neck.
Oral cancer also known as mouth cancer
Any cancerous tissue growth located in the oral cavity,it may rise as a primary lesions originating in any of the tissues in the mouth, by metastasis from a distant site of origin or by extension from a neighbouring anatomic structure such as nasal cavity.
Oral cancer may originated in any of the mouth and may be of varied histologic types teratoma from the tonslar or other lymphoid tissue or melanoma from the pigments producing cells of the oral mucosa.
There are several types of oral cancers
Mouth and lips tounge,it may also occurs on the floors of the mouth, cheeks,lining gingiva ( gums) lips or palate( roof of the mouth) most oral cancers look very similar under the microscope and are called Squamous cell carcinoma but less commonly aller types of oral cancers.

Tobacco usage
Alcohol excessive.
HIV
Diagnosis
CT scan and MRI scan.
Cancer of the tounge
It is important that the Physician should be able to diagnose Cancer of the tounge from Syphllis.The whole tounge may become very much enlarged. In taking the tounge between your thumb and finger it will feel hard and indurated, bleeds easily and has sharp lancinating pain that extends to the throat and base of the skull.
When there is well marked thickening of the tounge, I have given liquid Phytolacca in teaspoonful doses after each meal and added five grains iodide potassium.
Tincture Semervivum 7drops daily once .

Cancer of mouth and Throat.
In cancer of the mouth, the growth Will usually be found in the inside of the cheek or on the roof of the mouth.
In cancer of lips the disease may extend into the mouth From the lips.Cancer upon the cheek will sometimes destroy the tissue and make an opening through the skin into the mouth the disease then spreads over the inside of the mouth upon that side of face.
Cancer of the throat is curable if the glands of the throat are not much involved, if the patient is able to swallow food and medicines.if u place your fingers over the throat you can feel the swelling of the glands and size of them
.there is sharp shooting pain in the throat difficulty in the swallowing the breath is foul the tounge is coated a dirty yellow, underneath the yellow coating the body of the tounge has a dark red (  beefsteak)
Color .It is not difficult to diagnose this condition..I have met with a good many cases of this form of cancer, but many instances I have been consulted too late to render the patients any assistance.
Unfortunately our homoeopathic medical colleges do not teach the students how to diagnose the different forms of cancer when they see them .
