Cramps

Cramps.
Three unrelated people belonging to different age groups, and yet what these people suffer in common is a simple sounding complaint that may not always be so simple cramps or muscular spasms. Severe cramps of the muscles result from excessive sweating due to exertion,loss of vital fluids or exposure to cold surfaces. A girl or woman may even get abdominal cramps during her menstrual period. Antispasmodico  medicines are not the answer. They help only temporarily .one needs proper treatment to get rid of this cramping trouble of cramps.
Heat cramps are due to excessive loss of sodium chloride as a result of profuse sweating during strenuous activities at high atmospheric temperatures .it is common in manual labourers (steel workers, miners, and engine room personal) or in those not acclimatised to hot, dry climates where excessive sweating is almost undetected because of rapid evaporation.
Cold cramps due to contact with extremely cold surfaces. Some people are highly sensitive to cold in general and develop cramps mainly in the toes or fingers.
Drug cramps who take diuretics to reduce their blood pressure, or pass more urine to reduce body fluids, invariable develop cramps because of loss of salt and potassium. This can cause generalised muscle weakness leading to cramps.
Menstrual cramps Millions of women suffer each month from severe pelvic pain related menstrual periods strong pain killers are normally taken to curb the pain and discomfort but this is no treatment because the same problem arises once again in the next menstrual cycles, if a patient is treated a whole, finding out of the women suffering from this problem can be helped by Homoeopathic medicines.

Viburnum Opulus. For severe menstrual cramps with scanty Bleeding. When the menstrul flow increases, the pain decreases. Pain usually starts in the abdomen and goes down to the thighs.
Cimcifuga. When severe menstrual cramps occur with excess bleeding. The more bleeding, the more the pain. The pain travels from back to the front and then radiates all over the abdomen. It then settle down from hip to hip.

Normally cramps occur in individual s whose diet or body lacks certain minerals. Therefore, food consisting of natural minerals, such as dates, jaggery, peanuts grams, dry fruits bananas and papayas should be eaten regularly to avoid cramps.
