Pyoderma Gangrenous

Pyoderma Gangrenous disease that causes tissue to become narcotic, causing deep ulcers that usually occur on the legs. When occur, can lead to chronic wounds. It looks like a small bug bites or papules, and they can progress to larger ulcers. Though the wounds rarely cause to death, it can cause pain and scars.
There are two types of pyoderma Gangrenous. Normal ulcerative form, occurs in legs
An atypical form that is more superficial and occurs in the hands and other parts of the body.
Causes
Due to immune system dysfunction and particularly improper functioning of neutrophils. At least half of all pyoderma Gangrenous patients also suffer from illnesses that affect their systemic function for instance ulcerative colitis Crohn's diseases, rheumatoid arthritis, myeloma sufferers have the condition.

Myelocytic leukemia
Hairy cell leukemia
Monoclonal gammopathy
Women are more affected than men
The disease is most common seen in elderly people of the age 40 to 50 years are more susceptible to the disease.
Homoeopathic medicines
Clean the wound with Calendula lotion three times daily as well as internally Calendula Q five drops twice daily.

Opium Ulcers which are perfectly painless, which do not heal granulate and do not heal or spread. Insensibility of parts which are in high grade inflammation.
Kali Sulph Leg ulcers brown crusts on ulcers surrounded by very dark copper coloured skin drops every thing from hands if spoken to suddenly.
Belladonna Throbbing and bursting headache in temples due to pituitary tumour
Gelsemium pain beginning in the nape of neck and shift over to head, causing a bursting sensation in the forehead and eye balls.
Spigelia Nervous headache begging in the morning at base of brain spreading over the head and locating in eye orbit and temple of left side. Intolerable pressive  pain in the eye balls. Sensations as though the head were bound around the vertex.
Headache with menstrual flow thick.
Sanguinaria Same symptoms as Spigelia except that it is a right sided remedy.

Lac Defl  Nervous headache with vanishing of sight and icy cold sensation in vertex.
Chionanthus Specific for sick headache listless and apathetic dull frontal headache over the root of nose, over eyes, through temples.
