The food we eat every day can be a major cause of high triglycerides that blood can almost turn milky after a large meal specially if it's filled with food high in triglycerides.
Triglycerides (TG) in the blood it is fat foods oily that are found in the blood stream.
For this TG blood test is used to measure the level of triglycerides determined whether or not there is higher than normal levels of the TG three molecular fats in the blood which can indicate an increased risk for heart disease very common cause of the atherosclerosis (hardening of arteries)
TG test results
Normal is less than 150.
Borderline high 150 to 199
High  200 to 499
Very high  500 and higher.
TG figures my be little different from  different Labs.
High test reports are more fats In the blood, lifestyle and dietary changes almost always required. Highly TG is blocked arteries and patients advised go for bypass surgery.
If diet controlled immediately can be avoided bypass surgery.
