According to world health organisation (WHO) infertility can be described as the inability to become pregnant maintain a pregnancy or carry a pregnancy to live birth.A clinical defined by the failure to achieve a clinical pregnancy after 12months or more of regular unprotected sexual intercourse.

Vomiting

Vomiting is the vigorous expulsion of the stomach contents through the mouth. It is often preceded by nausea, or felling of sickness in the stomach, and by the urge to vomit.

Breast cancer symptoms

In cancer of the breast the following may be described as the most prominent symptoms.
It is most frequently met with at or near the change of life ( menopause) from forty to fifty five years of age. It first makes its appearance as a small lump in the glands of the breast, soft or hard ,at first there may be no pain, and for this reason ( and because family dr tells the patient it is nothing to let it alone) it is often neglected. Then is the time to have it treated for at that stage it can be easily cured without breaking the skin , making a site or causing a movement's pain. As it grows larger it feels more unequal, and as the swelling increased in size of the pain will also increase. As it still grows larger it gets more unequal and more immoveable. The skin appears very white , the nipples drawn in , the part of the adjacent skin is puckered , while round about appear protuberances hard and unequal. The swelling retains its hardeness until the skin over it breaks and it opens out into a cancerous growth . From the open sore we have bloody, watery discharge, the edges of the ulcer thicken and irritate , and the smell from the site is very offensive, when there is a swelling in the breast with bloody watery discharge from the nipple cancer is always present.
In the last stages of cancer of the breast, the glands under the arm of the affected side are enlarged and the arm swollen quite hard down to the end of the fingers on the affected side . If the bone is considerably affected there will be a bloody, watery, bad smelling discharge and shortness of breath. In making our prognosis in a case of cancer of the breast we do not take into consideration the size of the growth but how it is attached. If we grip the cancer with both hands on each side of it and find that it is fixed and immovable and there is shortness of the breath and a bloody watery discharge we know that the bones of the sternum or ribs are so much involved that the case is past cure.
In examination a tumor in the breast never pinch it or squeeze it . Such manipulation irritates the cancer and makes it take on new life and grow so much the faster. Be gentle in all your examinations of the breast. Take the growth between your thumb and finger or graps it gently just as you would if youwere going to pick up a ball from the floor. How does it feel to you ? What is the impression that you get from the feelings of it ? Does it have a nodulated felling ? Can you detect any hard lump feel hard like cheese ? The pain of canis like a needle thrust in the flesh . Remember that it is possible to have a cancer and have no pain at all . The more advanced the disease the more constant the pain . If the nipple is drawn in or there is a bloody, watery discharge from the nipple then you know it is cancer and nothing else . Fleshy tumors and enlargement of the glsnd have a doughy feeling that cannot be mistaken. There is no excuse for calling these cancer.A dr must learn much of this by experience. To have a sensitive touch you should have your eyes at your fingers ends and know how a cancerous tumor feels in a breast. A dr who tells you he can not diagnose a cancer in the breast without cutting out a piece of it and putting it under microscope is ignorant of the first principles of the diagnosis of cancer. Such men should step a side and let a dr take the case who can diagnose cancer .Men sometimes have a cancer of the breast. In my practice I have seen a hundred cases of this kind.

Anaphylactic and or Anaphylaxis shock in Homoeopathy.

In the early years of my practice when I don't have much experience I in the year 1974 only four years of experience I took up the case of a child suffering from Cirrhosis of the liver.It had developed ascites , slight jaundice and was in a bad condition. I did not offer my hope but, the parents wanted to try Homoeopathy as a last resort.I study case v carefully and study pointed to China. One dose of China 200 was given. There was a much improvement, the ascites went down urine became profuse . This improvement stopped after ten days.On the 11 the day there was slightly increase of the troubles. Next day it was worse. I examination the child carefully, heart and lungs were not bad but the ascites was increasing and urine was again less . The symptoms still points to China. So one more dose 200 the was given in the morning. At midday the child simply collapsed and was dead before they could do anything.i wondred how the child died so suddenly.
About one year later , I was asked to treat a case of dropy in a man aged about 52 years ,he was extremely fat ,but how much was fluid I could not say . His heart kidney and liver were not functioning well. Below the eyes were bag like sweelins . Complaint worse in the after noon 3 pm especially, and after sleep ,or rather after what little sleep ,he managed to snatch from time to time. He was averse to covering, wanted sips of ice cold water and fresh air . The scanty urine was loaded with albumin .
Apis 200 was given a single powder dry on the tounge, here again improved v nicely for about a week and symptoms started coming back again. On the tenth day morning Apis 200 was repeated one powder , from that time he suddenly became worse and urine practically stopped. The family called a senior Homoeopathic physician who have Lycopodium 200 . That was the last straw and he died without passing a single drop of urine after that.
These two cases set me thinking, why was the second dose so fatal ? I started studying the literature regarding this point.
Then a third chance came to verify this, by which time I was on the alert.
A girl 18 , puberty five years previously, now ill , emaciating no menses for four or five months, had slight cough , poor appetite, anameic condition and so on . Cough worse at 3 am Kali carb 1 m was given one single dose of 5 pills dry on the tounge. Cough better from that day , patient improving nicely for about 10 days . Then the symptoms started coming back.I was about to repeat , but the fear of some untowards happening made me hesitate. Ultimately on the 13 the day I gave her one dose of Kali carb 1 m potency dry on the tounge.. She rapidly became worse and in two days started getting fever , luckily one or two antidotes of Kali carb and finally Nat Mur 1 m not only saved her but also cured her . She got back her menses regularly put on her weight and later was happily married and continued healthy .
These experiences pose a problem, why does the second dose produced such violent reaction,and especially if given after ten days? To get a proper answer to this, I have searched among the clinical cases in our literature. Unfortunately, it must be admitted that drs, do not usually like to report what might be considered to be failures . So cases of the type are not found in numbers.
Hahnemann, our master, gave his options as follows
It is impractical to repeat the same unchanged dose of the remedy once , not to mention its frequent repetition ( and at short intervals, in order not to delay the cure ) . The vital principal does not accept such unchanged doses without resistance that is , without other symptoms of the medicine to manifest themselves than those similar to the disease to be cured ( organon 5th edition)  he advised that the Potency should be altered slightly every time remedy is repeated. But he did not mention anything about the time lag required to produce the oversensitive state that iam referring to.
Dr. Kent writes as follows if the first dose of medicine produces no effect and enough time has been allowed to be sure that the prover is not sensitive to it . Those who have been poisoned by Rhus tox are dozen times more sensitive than before .Those who have been poisoned by ARS are extremely sensitive to ARS after they allow the first effects to pass off . If they continue, however to keep on with the first effects, they become less sensitive to it, so that they require larger and larger doses to take effect.( Philosophy, page 219)
In my practice, I stopped using single dose for any case . Instead I have been giving on the first day two or three doses , at intervals of three or four hrs followed by placebo , if necessary, from the next day . Kent and others also used this method, which is single collective dose . I have never seen any upset by subsequent repetition insuch cases and I find this is an absolutely safe method.
I have mentioned Hahnemann's advice in his sixth edition of Organon to change the dose slightly every time the medicine is repeated. This method, also called plus Dosage, allows the same remedy to be repeated daily if necessary, even in chronic cases , so that the time taken for a cure is considerably reduced. This avoids also any severe aggravation or anaphylactic shock by the repetition .
