Taking a case

Taking the case and questioning the patient is most difficult problem in homoeopathy A good taking of case means a good and effective prescription.
Answers to the following questions put to the patient particularly in chronic case will usually help the prescriber to find out a correct remedy.
1Name,age,and occupation of the patient.
2. Let the patient describe his or her own complaint.
3. How did it start and when.
4 what time of a day and night patients complaint is better or worse.
5 What will patient do that wil give relief or make it worse. For example better with movement heat cold or pressure or worst.
6. Which season agree summer winter or wet weather.
7. How is patients appetite what food is likes.any particular food upsets the patient. Any special food dislikes.how much water patient drinks does he- she likes cold or warm drinks.
9 Dose the patient has a normal stool or constipation.
10 ,What amount the patient pass the urine by day and night.
11. Patient has normal sleep.
12. Past history
,13. Vaccinated for what.
14 Family history allergies arthritis T. B cancer etc.
15 patients temperament.
16 patient like company perfer to be alone
17 Any information patient wants to give.
18 For female patients menses regular or irregular.is flow normal or does she bleed freely. How many days the pain lasts .
