Leukemia

Cancer which starts in the bone marrow where the blood cells develop is generally termed as leukemia and myeloma where as those which affects the lymphatic system are called lymphomas.
A group of cancers which originate in the bone marrow blood cells are known as leukemia or blood cancer. Generally bone marrow contains of few healthy and many immature blood cells which are known as a blast cells.
There are mainly four types of blood cancers.
Acute Myeloid leukemia (AML)
Chronic Myeloid leukemia (CML)
Acute Lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL
And Chronic Lymphocytic leukemia (CLL)
Signs and symptoms
Paleness
Tiredness
Shortness of breath
Excessive bleeding

Feeling unusually tired or weak
Unexplained weight loss.
Night time sweating
Frequent nose bleeds
Occasional rashes and bruises on the skin.
There can be enlargement of lymph nodes, spleen, and liver. Most of the patient do not experience any symptoms during early stages of the disease.
Diagnosis
Physical test Physical examination is conducted to find out swollen lymph nodes, spleen and liver.
Blood test to count the number of red blood cells, platelets and white blood cells.
Biopsy Samples of tissues of bone marrow are examined under a microscope to ascertain whether leukemia cells exist.
Cytogenetic test  on the samples of blood, bone marrow and lymph nodes for abnormal chromosomes in the blood and it also identifies the type of leukemia
Spinal tap By taking spinal fluid from the lower spine area and is test the presence of leukemia.
Chest X-ray to identify lymph nodes and diseases in the chest.
Leukemia or Myelodysplastic Syndrome. Can cause bone or joint pain, usually because your bone marrow has become over crowded with cancer cells, when bone pain occurs,  it's most often felt in the long bones of the arms and legs and in the ribs and sternum of the rib cage.
Homoeopathic medicines
Antipyrinum 30 c potency one dose daily it increases number of immature white blood cells in blood streams.
Ars hydr 6 c potency twice daily extremely effective in treatment of the disease without any side effects. The characteristic symptom include restlessness in the afternoon and midnight, debility, shortness of breath, weak heart action and pale of the face loss of weight. Swollen sensation in parts.
China When the periodicity of fever and chills with enlargement of spleen is marked. Bowels disturbed and the skin is short and dry
Ferrum phos 3 x  anaemia with haemorrhage and general debility and constipation. Chlorosis in young girls with delayed menses.
Phosphorus  The patient is very much relaxed and debilitated. Palpitation of heart and shortness of breath on least exertion. Loose and offensive stools with complete exhaustion thereafter.
Ars iod may be given after meals
Nat mur 6 x when the complexion is pale, earthy, Skin greasy, anaemia with chilliness, cold feet and chills down the back.
Calc carb and Cal iod
Are especially indicated when the lymphatic glands especially the cervical glands are involved
Nat Ars and Nat Sulph in severe cases of leukemia these may be tried.
Ceanothus It is specific for enlargement of spleen resulting in anaemia Q.
Ars alb. Pallor debility, shortness of breath, action of heart weak, profound blood changes, glandular enlargement. Midnight aggravation, nervous apprehension and anxiety which should not be ignored.
