Food Allergy.
Over 2000 years ago,  Hippocrates  notice that if a person  stopped eating a particular food item for four days or longer,  he or she could get a reaction on consuming that food again. Drs. Mag carb . Should be given when milk and milk products  cause colicky pain in the abdomen a long with greenish watery or frothy stools. At times blood may also be present. In nursing children milk passes undigested. It also causes a lot of flatulence and a bloated feeling.
Pastries, cakes, sweets and ice cream
Pulsatilla . It should be given when there is a severe atttack of biliousness, a bitter greasy taste in the mouth, a yellowish mucus coated tounge, or burning in the chest and abdomen with flatulence.
Some times eating these things causes bilious headaches blocked nose and sinusitis Pulsatilla will take care of it 
Fruits, cold drinks and ice cream
Arsenic alb
This is the remedy when the common reaction is severe bouts of sneezing, a running nose, cold, cough and watering eyes with burning in the nose.
Sour foods and drinks
Antimonium crud. The indications are heart burn, nausea and constant belching with severe constipation, slimy, flatulence stools with a continuous oozing of mucus, or hard lumpy stools mixed with a watery discharge. The tounge is thick and coated, as if white washed.
Beer and alcoholic drinks
Kali bich. Take this medicine before and after consuming alcohol to minimise its bad Effects such as cold, sinusitis or gastric upsets.
