It is important to keep a few homoeopathic medicines at home to tackle some medical emergencies. All you need is a little homoeopathic home kit.
What your home kit should contain
Arnica, Mountain Arnica,  Fall Kraut (fall herb), Panacea Lapsorum,. This should be kept in every house for it is very useful companion.
A great grandson of Nelson, hailing from the Andes, wrote about the healing of wounds in Africa. He narrated tales of terrible falls in those mountains and how the people there gathered Arnica, poured boiling water on the plant and gave the infusion to the injured person to drink with astonishing results.
In the scheme of Almighty, wherever healing is needed, it is always at hand, found either in plants or in Venom.
Injuries
Arnica is used for injuries of all kinds, falls, sprains, contusion, lacerations, injury by blunt weapons, dislocations, tooth extractions and even after surgical operations, insects stings and fatigue.
For all these problems take Arnica 200 C potency five pills pills four times a day. If the injury is of a serious nature, then it should be taken at more frequent intervals, say every hour or so, along with necessary medical treatment.
Ledum pal This is specially indicated for punctured wounds, bites inflicted by domestic or untamed animals, rusty nails that run dangerously into the soles of the feet or palms of the hands or a black eye from a blow or contusion. Ledum 200, c potency five pills four times a day, should be given two or three days after Arnica 200, or even alternately with Arnica.
Hypericum.
A specific medicine for injury to the nerves, specially those of the fingers, toes, nails and crushed fingertips (like when your fingers get caught in the car door) 
Dr. Kent says that Punctured wounds, rat bites, wounds inflicted by cats etc, are made safe by Ledum, but if the pain shoots up from the wound to the nerve of the aram, it is better to give Hypericum. Hypericum has been known to prevent tetanus. So if you are far away from the city and can't get an anti tetanus injection, take Hypericum 1 m potency five pills four times a day, for four or five days or till the pain subsides.
Bellis pernnis
Muscular soreness, muscle fibers of blood vessels, surgical work, injury of deeper tissues, nerve injuries very painful. Bellis 200 five pills three times a day.
Rhux tox
Ligaments, tendons, sheaths, joints, strains, strains and sprains feels better for a time from a change of position. Over lifting. Rhux tox 200 five pills four times a day.
Ruta

An important medical tip
Have plenty of water to add a pinch of salt, a little sugar and a few drops of lime. About 8_10 glasses of this drink every day prevent dehydration.
Nux vom
This is indicated in indigestion, dyspepsia, loose stools or constipation, belching due to gas, burning in the chest, stony hardness of the stomach all which are symptoms caused by sudden changes in life style. Take Nux vom 200 C potency five pills three times a day, regularly.
Mag phos
Indicated in the case of severe colicky pains, such as abdominal pain, earache or severe pain in the back, cramp like radiating muscular pain any neuralgic pain toothache etc. Take Mag phos 6 x five pills in warm water at frequent intervals.
Cough colds
Ferrum phos This is for the first stage of any kind of fever along with catarrhal affections of the respiratory tract. Colds initially settle in the throat, the tonsils get red and swollen. There is a short, painful but tickling cough. Ferrum phos 6 x five pills every hour, should be given immediately on the commencement of a cold. It will control all the symptoms very quickly.
Mental tension
Kali phos When you have been through periods of mental tension and overwork, conditions arising from want of never power, Kali phos is a great help. For hyperactive, nervous children who are very irriatable and whom the slightest contradiction turns more irriatable and nervous, Kali phos 6 x five pills three times a day, works as a nerve tonic, in fact Kali phos acts as a nerve tonic for children as a nerve relaxant for adults.
