Home kit

It is important to keep a few homoeopathic medicines at home to tackle some medical emergencies. All you need is a little homoeopathic home kit.
What your home kit should contain
Arnica, Mountain Arnica, Fall Kraut (fall herb), Panacea Lapsorum,. This should be kept in every house for it is very useful companion.
A great grandson of Nelson, hailing from the Andes, wrote about the healing of wounds in Africa. He narrated tales of terrible falls in those mountains and how the people there gathered Arnica, poured boiling water on the plant and gave the infusion to the injured person to drink with astonishing results.
In the scheme of Almighty, wherever healing is needed, it is always at hand, found either in plants or in Venom.
Injuries
Arnica is used for injuries of all kinds, falls, sprains, contusion, lacerations, injury by blunt weapons, dislocations, tooth extractions and even after surgical operations, insects stings and fatigue.
For all these problems take Arnica 200 C potency five pills pills four times a day. If the injury is of a serious nature, then it should be taken at more frequent intervals, say every hour or so, along with necessary medical treatment.
Ledum pal This is specially indicated for punctured wounds, bites inflicted by domestic or untamed animals, rusty nails that run dangerously into the soles of the feet or palms of the hands or a black eye from a blow or contusion. Ledum 200, c potency five pills four times a day, should be given two or three days after Arnica 200, or even alternately with Arnica.
Hypericum.
A specific medicine for injury to the nerves, specially those of the fingers, toes, nails and crushed fingertips (like when your fingers get caught in the car door)
Dr. Kent says that Punctured wounds, rat bites, wounds inflicted by cats etc, are made safe by Ledum, but if the pain shoots up from the wound to the nerve of the aram, it is better to give Hypericum. Hypericum has been known to prevent tetanus. So if you are far away from the city and can't get an anti tetanus injection, take Hypericum 1 m potency five pills four times a day, for four or five days or till the pain subsides.
Bellis pernnis
Muscular soreness, muscle fibers of blood vessels, surgical work, injury of deeper tissues, nerve injuries very painful. Bellis 200 five pills three times a day.
Rhux tox
Ligaments, tendons, sheaths, joints, strains, strains and sprains feels better for a time from a change of position. Over lifting. Rhux tox 200 five pills four times a day.
Ruta

Have plenty of water to add a pinch of salt, a little sugar and a few drops of lime. About 8_10 glasses of this drink every day prevent dehydration.
Nux vom
This is indicated in indigestion, dyspepsia, loose stools or constipation, belching due to gas, burning in the chest, stony hardness of the stomach all which are symptoms caused by sudden changes in life style. Take Nux vom 200 C potency five pills three times a day, regularly.

Indicated in the case of severe colicky pains, such as abdominal pain, earache or severe pain in the back, cramp like radiating muscular pain any neuralgic pain toothache etc. Take Mag phos 6 x five pills in warm water at frequent intervals.
Cough colds
Ferrum phos This is for the first stage of any kind of fever along with catarrhal affections of the respiratory tract. Colds initially settle in the throat, the tonsils get red and swollen. There is a short, painful but tickling cough. Ferrum phos 6 x five pills every hour, should be given immediately on the commencement of a cold. It will control all the symptoms very quickly.
Mental tension
Kali phos When you have been through periods of mental tension and overwork, conditions arising from want of never power, Kali phos is a great help. For hyperactive, nervous children who are very irriatable and whom the slightest contradiction turns more irriatable and nervous, Kali phos 6 x five pills three times a day, works as a nerve tonic, in fact Kali phos acts as a nerve tonic for children as a nerve relaxant for adults.

Female Infertility case

A female age 28 years complaints of irregular and delayed menses since last about 4 years. Married three years ago major pro was infertility. Diagnosed with Adenomyosis hemorrhagic cysts in the right ovary according to her USG pelvis report. Menses every 4/5 months irregular flow. Her image was good in public and she didn't want to spoil her image in public and friend circle. Got angry very soon and felt insulted but, fear of high places.
.but never expressed because her good image in friend circle stayed. Suppress the anger succumb to complaint like loss of voice chilly, and thirstless .

Chemical pregnancy

A chemical pregnancy is one that ends in the very early stages. Conception takes place, the embryo implants and a pregnancy test is positive, but a miscarriage occurs before anything can be seen in the uterus or on ultrasound. The evidence of being pregnant is the chemical reaction that caused the test to turn positive.
A chemical pregnancy is confirmed by testing for hCG, the hormones confirmed in urine or blood test that indicate a pregnancy. However, within weeks, these hCG levels begin to drop rapidly, signifying an end to the pregnancy.
Many women won't even realise that they have experienced a chemical pregnancy because most of these occur very early within the initial six weeks. During this time, there may be no symptoms of a pregnancy and most women would not have taken a pregnancy test early as a period has not yet been missed.
Earlier pregnancy tests, in recent years, pregnancy tests have more advanced and it is possible for women to detect pregnancy (hGC levels) upto 3 days before a period is due. It's though that as a result, more women are detecting a chemical pregnancy.

A chemical pregnancy is an early pregnancy loss that occurs shorty after implantation. Chemical pregnancies may account for 50 to 70 percent of all miscarriages.

This type of miscarriage differs from other miscarriages. Miscarriages can occur at anytime during pregnancy. But they are more common before 20th week. A chemical pregnancy, on the other hand, always occur shortly after implantation. Since most often the only symptom is menstrual like cramping and bleeding, some women assume they're having their menstrual cycle.
A chemical pregnancy can also happen after in vitro fertilisation (IVF) .
A miscarriage after IVF can be heart breaking.

Ovulation occurs when a mature ovum (egg) is released from ovary. Once released, the ovum only survives for about 24 to 48 hours (a 2-3) day window, so in order to get you pregnant sperm must be present in your body at the same time that ovulation occurs. It can take as little as 30 minutes and to reach the ovum. Nature has accommodate for the narrow window the ovum is available with the fact that the sperm can live within your reproductive system for about 5 days. That means if you have sex within 5 days prior to ovulation and then including the 2-3 day window around ovulation, the sperm can survive long enough to fertilize your egg.

In general, ovulation occurs halfway through your menstrual cycle. If your cycle With a 28 days this would be on day 14. This is not excat thing. Though getting your periods is actually a better estimate of when you ovulated last, rather than when you will ovulate next, that is really how the period apps work. They use your period as an estimate of when you ovulated last in order to make a guess as to when you will ovulate next. When your menses is regular (same number of days between periods each time) you can be far more confident about you will ovulate than someone whose periods are less regular.

It is that there is a difference between fertilisation and pregnancy. Pregnancy occurs roughly 10 days after the egg has been fertilized if (and only if) the embryo implants on the lining of the uterus.. When an egg is fertilized but does not implant, it is called chemical pregnancy.

You will most likely ovalute on 14 day (although it can be a day or two sooner or later) and your fertility window is from days nine to fourteen (six days). If you bleed the average five days, and you start having intercourse four days after your periods ends, you can get pregnant.

Sperm can live inside you for 2,3 and upto 5 days. You could have sex towards the end of your bleeding and then and actually conceive 4 or 5 days later with your early ovulation. The probabilities of getting pregnant while your periods are low, but possibilities are there

I get so many requests from females to give or tell medicines to postpone the period because some religious functions or weeding or going to vacation.
Usually I advise that the use of hormones is not good for health, especially when taken for a long time.
Homoeopathy is natrual pathy therefore it doesn't goes against nature
Further I tell them in old days when such medicines were not available, how the religious ceremonies were being performed? I have not received any reply or responses so far.

If it's not possible to do this go for Allopathic medicine to postpone menses take Norethisterone tablets twice daily for 3 days prior your expected periods and continue it as long as you desire. You will get periods within one week of stoppage of drugs.
Side effects are so many.
Weight gain, acnes, Nausea etc.
It is my advice not to go against the nature.

If there is a history or tendency of repeated attacks of any previous infection, nosode of particular infection state nit only clears the infection but also imparts immunity to the same.

Corns

You wince each time somebody steps on them, Corns, hard horny thickened patches usually situated about the toes or on the pressure points of the feet. You may even find them on hands of certain people such as manual labourers and housewives who have to do cooking, washing of utensils etc.Wherever they may be located, these tiny, seemingly innocent patches cause pain and succeed in making life miserable..
There are two types of corns, hard corn and soft corn.
Hard corns These have a hard, horny outer surface.

Types of hair
Basically there are three types of scalps normal, oily and dry.
Dry scalp
In dry scalps, the scales are constantly visible and the hair is rough, dry and lifeless. This can be due to many factors, such as genetics, an imbalanced diet or a lack of minerals. It also occurs in people who go on crash diet to loose weight. The best remedy for such a condition is to consume lots of raw vegetables, sprouted beans and fruits. Oily scalp

Being tired has a killed no one, though it does prevent one from enjoying good health. Chronically tired people lack of the energy to do the things they enjoy doing. Hence they are irritable most of the time.
Tiredness is disturbing because often it cannot be explained. Sometimes, however, one knows the reasons. Chronic tiredness may have underlying chronic diseases like anaemia, hypoglycemia (low blood sugar threshold), thyriod gland disorder or diabetes, or even major illnesses like tuberculosis and malignancy. Once we know the cause it is much easier to tackle the problem.
Once we know there is no major causing the lethargy, then before starting any medicines following action should be taken,,,
Fitness diet.
Ten to twelve glasses of water should be consumed at different intervals, so also lots of vegetables, seasonal Fruits, grams, peanuts a few almonds, oats porridge in the morning with two glasses of skimmed milk. Eat small quantities at short intervals,. Remember don't fill your stomach completely because in order to digest the food the blood supply to the stomach increases and you may, as a result, feel drowsy and lethargic and want to sleep.
Don't skip meals
Skipping meals does not help reduce weight effectively. People who skip breasts are less agile and slow in their work. A well balanced, healthy breakfast produces stamina.
Avoid or minimise the intake of high fat food like chocolates, fried foods, sweets and too much of meat. The intake of coffee and tea should be controlled because they contain toxic waste products like urea, uric acid, cholesterol, and triglycerides, which bring down the sharpness of body and mind.
Exercise
This is potent weapon to combat tiredness. Walking, jogging, cycling and swimming are very effective aerobic exercises. They help in increasing your blood circulation which brings nutrients and oxygen to the muscles and other organs of the body and sweeps away fatigue causing waste products such as carbon dioxide and lactic acid. Physical tiredness

Brain fag.
Hard work and study cause burning along the spine with a dull, throbbing headache. Such headache start from the base of the brain, going the spine. The slightest excitement or mental exertion in the legs and the back.
Picric acid, this has proved to be one of the best remedies for brain fag. Picric acid 200 C potency five pills four times a day, is the treatment.
Fear causes tiredness.
Fear causes tiredness, for example, in students the very thought of exams causes it. This fear brings on nervousness, trembling a feeling of dullnees, lethargy and drowsiness. The student just wants to lie down and complains of extreme sleepiness with a dull headache every time he wants to study.
Give him Gelsemium 200 C potency five pills four times a day, till the fear subsides.
So does low blood sugar.
Hypoglycemia means abnormally low blood sugar. For diagnostic purpose the blood sugar levels is supposed to be less than 40mg per cent, but this figure is arbitrary. You may, in fact, experience symptoms of hypoglycemia even when the blood sugar is somewhat higher. The symptoms are extreme tiredness, a low feeling, hunger, dull headache and a dry mouth. This can happen to a diabetic who takes insulin regularly, or if you have gone without food or drink for many hours. Certain drugs like Sulphas, oral anti diabetic agents and Aspirin can also cause these symptoms, so can large amount of alcohol.
Treatment.
Take small meals more frequently, specially of complex carbo hydrates like oats, brain, fruits, vegetables and proteins, drink lots of water. Avoid sugar directly or indirectly in sweets, chocolates etc. Saccharum officinale 30 c potency five pills four times a day, regularise the blood sugar.
Arnica after mental fatigue

Slits & Cracks

There is no mistaking the signs of chapping and cracks that are very slow to heal. Not only lips, but the whole face, the hands and sometimes even the heels, soles and other parts of the body may be affected.
In certain individuals this condition of deep cuts and rough leathery skin, specially on the palms and the feet, is congenital. It has nothing to do with their occupation or the environment.
Symptoms
At the onset there may be unusual dryness of the palms and soles, but often there is enough excess moisture which may occur intermittently during the course of the disease. After a certain variable period the involved surface appear firm, leathery, thickened, horn and moderately smooth, like sole leather or the surface may be seamed, fissured, uneven or worm eaten in appearance.
Treatment
Petroleum This is indicated when there are painful cracks in the heels, fingers and palms. There is severe itching and burning. The cracks bleeds easily and are worsen in winter. Petroleum, 30 c potency five pills four times a day, is the remedy.
Graphites It is indicated when the skin is hard and very rough to the touch. It looks extremely unhealthy and dirty with glutinous, honey like fluid oozing out. The skin around the toes, nails and fingertips is more prone to cracks. The nails become blackish because of regular cracks on the tips of the toes and fingers. Graphites 30, c potency five pills four times a day.
External application
Calendula mother tincture added to jelly in the proportion of 10 parts of jelly to 1 part of Calendula is the best remedy. Or purchase Cale ointment. Apply this ointment lightly twice a day.
Rhux tox Irritation of the skin with tingling and burning. Crawling sensation in the tips of fingers. Skin red and swollen. Worse in cold, wet and rainy season.
Silicia Delicate pale waxy skin. Cracks at the end of fingers, pus offensive. Fingers feel dry. Eruptions itch only in day time and evening. The patient is cold, chilly, hugs the fire, hates droughts, hands and feet cold. Siliceia 12 x three tablets three times daily.
Sulphur Rhoades, skin affections after local medication. Worse scratching and washing, skin dry, scaly and unhealthy, itches and burns. Hot sweaty hands. Sleep light, waken easily. Sulphur 30 c potency five pills three times daily.
Nat mur Dryness and cracking about finger nails. Palms hot and perspiring. Liable to take cold. Great weakness and weariness. Irritable over trifles. Consolation aggravates. Greasy skin. Nat mur 30 c potency five pills four times a day.
Alumina silicate Hands constantly chapped, coldness of hands, coldness of legs and feet, hands cold as ice and fingers blue. Nails Brittle. Alumina sil 30 c potency five pills three times daily.

Syphilis

Syphilis is an infectious disease caused by the spirochete Treponema pallidum which is aqired either sexually or through blood transfusion ( aquired syphilis) or in utero an infected mother ((congenital syphilis)
Aquired syphilis is classified as early and late syphilis early syphilis includes as primary, secondary and early laten ((arbitrarily defined as more than one year post infectious)
Syphilis and late syphilis includes late latent (defined as more than one year post infections) and tertiary syphilis.
The spiral bacterium.T. Palladium penetrates skin or intact mucous membranes easily through direct contact and disseminates rapidly via the blood and lymph circulation.These bacteria cause vascular changes like those seen in endarteritis and periarteritis. The intial lesion of primary syphilis develops at the site of the transmission after an incubation period of about 10 days to 3 months, and then heals spontaneously within 3 to 8 weeks. Even before the appearance of the lesion, the organsims have disseminated all over the body.
Secondary syphilis may seperimose on a primary lesion or may occur 4_10 weeks after its appearance and this stage has a wide range of presentation, predominantly affecting the skin, mucous membranes and lymph nodes. Symptomaric secondary syphilis usually resolves even without treatment and the disease then enters a laten stage which may be divided into early and late latent syphilis.
Early latent encompasses the first 1_2 years of the disease and is marked by occasional relapse of active secondary lesions. During late latent syphilis the patient remains asymptomatic and generally noninfectious.
About one third of untreated patients will develop tertiary syphilis, which may develop after yeras to decades and manifests as gummatous cardiovascular or neurosyphilis. Tertiary result in approximately 20 percent of untreated patients
Males have higher incidence than females and the condition is especially common during the years of peak sexual activity.

A careful clinic history with the duration and detailed description of all symptoms and lesions should be looked into, in suspected cases. A complete history including information about the use of condoms and the number and symptomatology of all parents should also be looked into.
Homoeopathic treatment
I have personally very little experience as far as treatment of syphilis is concerned, since with the introduction of sex education, media publicity and use of condoms, the incidence of syphilis has drastically reduced in the last one decade. It is very important that we do not mix up treatment of a disease with syphilitic miasm with the treatment of actual syphilis.
From the few cases of syphilis that i have seen in my practice in my life, I have learnt that to treat it one has to have a good understanding of the syphilitic miasm, with a sound knowledge of its of its treatment. from the Organon, the medicine and the chronic diseases. This is a very basic that one has to know before he starts treatment of syphilis.
Some important remedies
Anacardium
Syphilitic patients who often suffer from an impaired memory, depression and irriatibility diminution of the sense of smell sight and hearing burning in glans penis during and after urination. Dribbling of the prostatic fluid during stool.
ARS alb
Phagedenic chancers usually a livid a hue in color with burning Margnis of the ulcers are hard and bleeds at least touch thin offinsive discharge feeling of weakness
Asafoetida
Tertiary syphilis especially after abuse of mercury affecting the bones discharging an ichorou, fetid thin pus and extremely sensitive to touch
Aurum met
Infantile and secondary syphilis, especially after the abuse of mercury and the potassium salts.there is putrid smell from mouth with caries of palate along with offinsive and ichorou discharge.Cerebral or meningeal tumors, sleeplessness due to Pain.

Chancer on the prepuce and scrotum, bubo in left groin bone Pain in both shinbones vaginitis and gonorrheal discharge with swelling of both groins.
Belladonna syphylitic buboes that are large and painful with an intense inflammation of the integuments.

Sphyilitic spots and marks warts around the anus offinsive urine.
