Oral cancer also known as mouth cancer
Any cancerous tissue growth located in the oral cavity,it may rise as a primary lesions originating in any of the tissues in the mouth, by metastasis from a distant site of origin or by extension from a neighbouring anatomic structure such as nasal cavity.
Oral cancer may originated in any of the mouth and may be of varied histologic types teratoma from the tonslar or other lymphoid tissue or melanoma from the pigments producing cells of the oral mucosa.
There are several types of oral cancers
Mouth and lips tounge,it may also occurs on the floors of the mouth, cheeks,lining gingiva ( gums) lips or palate( roof of the mouth) most oral cancers look very similar under the microscope and are called Squamous cell carcinoma but less commonly aller types of oral cancers.

Cancer of the tounge
It is important that the Physician should be able to diagnose Cancer of the tounge from Syphllis.The whole tounge may become very much enlarged. In taking the tounge between your thumb and finger it will feel hard and indurated, bleeds easily and has sharp lancinating pain that extends to the throat and base of the skull.
When there is well marked thickening of the tounge, I have given liquid Phytolacca in teaspoonful doses after each meal and added five grains iodide potassium.
Tincture Semervivum 7drops daily once .

Cancer of mouth and Throat.
In cancer of the mouth, the growth Will usually be found in the inside of the cheek or on the roof of the mouth.
In cancer of lips the disease may extend into the mouth From the lips.Cancer upon the cheek will sometimes destroy the tissue and make an opening through the skin into the mouth the disease then spreads over the inside of the mouth upon that side of face.
Cancer of the throat is curable if the glands of the throat are not much involved, if the patient is able to swallow food and medicines.if u place your fingers over the throat you can feel the swelling of the glands and size of them

Tiredness

Tiredness.  
Tiredness is disturbing because often it can not be explained, sometimes, however one, knows the reasons. Chronic tiredness may have underlying chronic diseases like anaemia, hypoglycemia (low bl sugar threshold) ,thyroid gland disorder or Diabetes or even major illnesses like Tuberculosis and malignancy. Once we know the cause it is much easier to tackle the problem.
Tiredness can't be termed a disease but a reflection of symptoms from within the body. There can be many reasons for it. Some physical and other mental. Being tired has killed no one,through it does prevent one from enjoying good health. Chronically tired people lack the  energy to do the things they enjoy doing.Hence they are irritable most of the time..
Once we know that there is no major disease causing the lethargy, then before starting any medicene the following action should be taken.
Fittenes diet.
Ten to twelve glasses of water should be consumed at different intervals, so also lots of vegetables, seasonal fruit, grams, peanuts a few almonds, oats porridge in the morning with milk or water and one or two glasses of skimmed milk. Eat small quantities at short intervals. Remember don't fill your stomach completely because in order to digest the food the blood supply to the stomach increases and you may, as a result, feel drowsy and lethargic and want to sleep.
Skipping meals doesn't help reduce wait effectively. People who skip breakfast are less agile and slow in their work. A well balanced healthy breakfast produce stamina.
Avoid or minimise the intake of high fat food like chocolate, fried food, sweets and too much meat. The intake of coffee and tea should be controlled because they contain toxic waste products like urea, Uric Acid, cholesterol and triglycerides which bring down the sharpness of body and mind.

Walking, jogging, cycling, running and swimming are very effective aerobic exercises They help in increasing your blood circulation which brings nutrients and oxygen to the muscles and other organs of the body and sweeps away fatigue causing waste products such as Carbondioxide and lactic acid. This can happen to a diabetic who takes insulin regularly, or if you have gone without food or drink for many hours. In any case of gall stones or kidney colic you cannot tell if there will be more stones. When the stone has been formed, it is separate from the patient. When the patient is under the influence of pain, it is the spasm from the stone in the ureter, clutching of the muscles. The remedy that fits the Constitution has a tendency to prevent the manufacture of more stones and relieves the spasm that occasions the pain.
After the remedy there may be an outpouring of stones either renal or gall stones. In one case a teaspoon of stones were discharged in one or two days. The fibers were relaxed and the kidney was emptied of stones. This the remedy does when aimed at the patient. Often Belladonna' is indicated, it is not deep enough for the patient, but it is complemented frequently by Calc Carb or Calc Phos. When the picture is of Belle,will relieve the suffering but does not meet the condition. Nat Sulph will often fit the Constitution and relieve the acute trouble.
Nat Sulph or the Constitutional remedy, whatever it is, induces healthy bile formation. You cannot promise there will be no more colic if you fit only the condition. So long as stones are there, they may be passed. The Constitutional remedy is the best thing for the patient. It will set the kidneys to manufacturing healthy urine. There is no more to say about it, but it takes time.
You will not cure all old liver and kidney cases. The patient may be incurable and such will continue to manufacture stones They have too low a vitality. Sometimes the carefully selected remedy will hold the patient but ten days or so. Then the chances are against cure, and the surgeon can do no better. If the remedy hold long in a steady improvement and rouses reaction, he can be cured. The reason cancer and consumption cannot be cured in some patients is that the reaction does not hold up.

The medical term for sleep talking is somniloquy or parasomnia which, when translated means abnormal behaviour that occurs during sleep. The causes could range from harmless to serious health disorders and genetics. The talk can be a conversation with self or at times articulate speech.
